We cannot be held responsible for any items left in the vehicle. It is the responsibility of the passenger to check for all items on exiting the vehicle.

If you haven’t received confirmation and your transfer is approaching, there could be a few reasons, such as a typo in your email address. Please don’t hesitate to contact via WhatsApp or call us on 07359 933 483. We’ll handle your booking as quickly as possible.
How will I know my private hire Taxi has arrived?

We send out a messages to confirm your booking, as well as a message containing the vehicle registration when the private hire Taxi has arrived.

These messages work on a mobile network and therefore are not always reliable, they are complementary and unfortunately we cannot be held reasonable for missed transport please always keep a look out.
