We cannot be held responsible for any items left in the vehicle. It is the responsibility of the passenger to check for all items on exiting the vehicle.

How will I know my private hire Taxi has arrived?

We send out a messages to confirm your booking, as well as a message containing the vehicle registration when the private hire Taxi has arrived.

These messages work on a mobile network and therefore are not always reliable, they are complementary and unfortunately we cannot be held reasonable for missed transport please always keep a look out.
